Start your own fundraiser
Want to take it a step further? You can support Pamoja Africa by creating your own PayPal fundraiser – perfect for birthdays or any occasion that matters to you.
💡 Note: A PayPal fundraiser can only be created via the PayPal website and not via the PayPal app.
Here’s how:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Go to our PayPal Charity page .
Click “Start a fundraiser”.
- On the next page, enter:
A title (the reason you’re collecting for, e.g., My Birthday)
Your fundraising goal (€)
An end date (max. 30 days)
Click “Next”.
Add a short description and click “Next”.
Optionally upload a photo.
Preview your fundraiser or create and publish it.
Your fundraising is now live and can easily be shared with friends, family, or your network.
💡 Good to know: PayPal does not charge transaction fees for fundraisers for registered non-profit organizations like Pamoja Africa e. V.. This ensures that your donations reach us in full (unless currency conversion is required).
